Protocols, Support and Resources
Agnes Scott coordinates specific protocols to address the illegal use of drugs and alcohol on campus. Additionally, the college has established policies and protocols to ensure the safe use of alcohol by students of legal drinking age.
Agnes Scott coordinates specific wellness services to serve students dealing with anorexia, bulimia or other forms of disordered eating. We use a multidisciplinary team approach that includes representatives from the fields of health, psychology, exercise, residence life, nutrition and disability services who work collaboratively with students to achieve their goals.
Agnes Scott coordinates wellness services in order to serve students dealing with cutting, burning, hair pulling or other self-harm behavior. We use a multidisciplinary team approach that includes representatives from the fields of health, psychology, residence life and disability services who work collaboratively with students to reach their goals.
Agnes Scott coordinates wellness and safety services for students dealing with suicidal behaviors and/or suicidal ideation. We use a multidisciplinary team approach considered to be a best practice for the intervention of suicidal ideation-related concerns. The team includes representatives from the fields of health, psychology, student life, academic affairs and disability services who work collaboratively with the student to reach their goals.
